		Leadership The ECM leadership is comprised of our chaplain, a student leadership team and the Advisory Board.

		Chaplain's Assistants ECM veterans who volunteer to help plan the various aspects of our communal life. All students are encouraged to suggest and lead events or projects that interest them. Eliza Marth - Elija Lillydhl - ADVISORY BOARD Volunteers from Raleigh-area Episcopal parishes comprise the Advisory Board. The role of the Advisory Board is to set policy and provide guidance and support to the chaplain in the form of direction and consultation on issues of importance to the ministry.
