		Leadership The ECM leadership is comprised of our chaplain, a student leadership team and the Advisory Board.

		Leadership Team A group of ECM veterans is selected every year to lead committees engaged in each of the various aspects of our communal life. Students are encouraged to join one or more of these groups to focus on the aspect of our ministry that most interests them. Eliza Marth - Sam Kenny - Elija Lillydhl - ADVISORY BOARD Volunteers from Raleigh-area Episcopal parishes comprise the Advisory Board. The role of the Advisory Board is to set policy and provide guidance and support to the chaplain in the form of direction and consultation on issues of importance to the ministry.
